These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in programs, services, and communications offered by Ego Strength Coaching, including the Self-Study Lab.
By accessing or using our services, website, or programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Ego Strength Coaching offers educational, coaching, and self-development programs, including digital content, audio materials, prompts, and community experiences. These services are intended for educational and personal growth purposes only.
Our services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs or receive communications from us.
3. Communication Consent (SMS and Email)
SMS Messaging Terms
The Self Study Lab (operated by Ego Strength Coaching) may send recurring automated SMS messages that include program reminders, educational prompts, and participation-related updates.Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 2 messages per day (14 messages per week).

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
You may reply HELP for assistance or to contact support at micah@egostrength.net.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and is collected through a separate, explicit checkbox on our SMS opt-in web form.
We maintain records of SMS opt-in consent in accordance with messaging compliance requirements.
Data Sharing
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you engage with the materials provided. Our programs encourage self-reflection and awareness, but outcomes will vary based on individual participation and circumstances.
You agree to use the services in a lawful and respectful manner and not to misuse or disrupt the platform or community.
5. Payments and Refunds
If a program requires payment, pricing and billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the sales or enrollment page for each offering.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Ego Strength Coaching and Self-Study Lab, including text, audio, video, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Ego Strength Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ego Strength Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our materials.
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated or if participation becomes harmful to the community or individual involved.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
