With 18 years as a public school teacher and 8+ years as a therapist, I bring a unique blend of educational clarity and psychological depth to my coaching practice.

I hold dual Master’s degrees—in Teaching and in Counseling—and I’ve spent decades helping people understand themselves, develop meaningful skills, and grow into the most authentic version of who they are.

People often describe me as “curious,” and I take that as a high compliment. It means I’m always learning, always evolving, and always bringing that same energy into my work with clients.

I specialize in translating complex ideas into frameworks that actually make sense—especially for people who’ve done a lot of work on themselves but still feel stuck.

Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a group, I create a space that’s both grounded and challenging—where you feel supported and called into your next level.

My coaching blends the structure of teaching with the empathy of therapy. Together, we’ll focus on practical skill-building, deeper self-awareness, and sustainable change that doesn’t just look good on paper—but feels good in your body.

I’m also a transgender man and transitioned later in life, at age 38. That journey gave me a deep, lived understanding of both men and women—and of the rich nuance that lives in between. It shaped how I think about identity, emotional expression, and what it means to live in integrity with who you are, separate from conditioning and expectation. That experience is woven into the way I coach—with sensitivity, clarity, and deep respect for the courage it takes to grow.
