Everything in the Lab, privately held.

The structure is the same as the cohort, that structure is the point. What changes is who's in the room with you.

Private sessions, just the two of us. Each one is responsive to where you actually are, your check-in data, your patterns, what emerged that week.

6 Weekly 30-min Calls

Before we begin, you complete a baseline snapshot of your current nervous system patterns, where you're starting, without judgment or diagnosis.

System Readout + Orientation

Daily AM and PM Check-ins

The core daily practice. Twice a day, from your phone. Morning to orient before the day takes over, evening to close the loop on what actually shifted.

Each week's module is a guided lab brief: 15 to 30 minutes of structured reflection that translates the week's concept into your own nervous system patterns. Not theory in the abstract, but your specific signals and responses.

6 Weekly Lab Briefs

Your check-in data across the six weeks is reviewed You'll see things in your patterns that are invisible when you're looking alone — and we'll work with what we find.
